At Rafif, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Return Window: Customers have the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original brand tags attached.

  • Shipping Fees for Returns:

    • Change of Mind: If the return is due to a personal preference (no manufacturing defect), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

    • Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect, Rafif will bear all shipping costs for the return or exchange.
